









Here are the key points you need to know when working with Prime
If you wish to book any holidays it is very important to request it as soon as possible. We require at least 14 days' notice for any requests and it must be approved by Prime and your workplace.
Your salary payment is made every week on Friday directly to your bank account. All hours you have worked from Monday to Sunday, are paid the following Friday.
Payslips are issued via our online system and you will receive log in details when you start working with us.





If you have an appointment, please inform your workplace or our office as soon as possible. If possible, try to book appointments outside of your working hours or on days off.
If for any reason you are unable to go to work, it is important that you contact your workplace or our office as soon as possible - at least 2 hours before you are due to start to allow us time to find a replacement, stating the reasons why you are unable to attend.
If you are running late for work, you must contact your workplace or our office as soon as possible.





If you have a long-term position with us, please ensure you are always aware of your rota, starting times and break times. Always check with your supervisor at your workplace for any changes.
If you are working with us on short-term positions, just let us know when you are free.
Always let us know which days you are free as far in advance as possible.










Our office is open from Monday to Friday (8am-5pm).
When the office is closed you can always contact us 24/7 by text message, email or calling and use the voicemail to leave us your message. We will reply back to you as soon as possible.
